As
Chief Information Officer Paul is responsible for managing new customer implementations and ensuring that existing customers get the highest level of support.
Prior to ComplianceMAX Financial, Paul led the Technology Group for TD Waterhouse (now TD Ameritrade) Institutional Services, which serves independent financial advisors. Paul was responsible for building and operating TD Waterhouse Instutional's entire technology platform, including their online account management product, Veo, from the ground up. TD Waterhouse's technology contributed greatly to the Institutional group's growth from less than $10B in assets under management in 1999 to $42B in 2005. In a 2004 Tiburon survey of financial advisors, TD Waterhouse Institutional's technology offering was ranked #1, ahead of larger competitors Charles Schwab and Fidelity.
Prior to TD Waterhouse, Paul led software development at Jack White & Company. In his three years there, the firm established an internet brokerage site, a touch-tone brokerage application, and a PC-based offering for financial advisors. Paul held similar information technology positions for the 10 years prior to joining Jack White & Company.
Paul earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Information Systems) as well as an MBA from San Diego State University.
