As Vice President Sales, Investment Advisor Division of ComplianceMAX Financial, Jim is responsible for the day-to-day sales and marketing program, plus developing the long term sales and marketing strategy to position ComplianceMAX as the leading provider of regulatory compliance services and technology.
Jim has over twenty five years experience in a diverse set of industries, including imaging, records management, computer facilities and office systems. He has been actively involved in the world of imaging, electronic document management and electronic workflows for the last seven years, first with IKON's Business Imaging Services Group and most recently with ImageMAX, Inc.
Prior to joining ComplianceMAX Jim's experience includes launching a major sales program for a Fortune 100 company, co-founding a startup company in the Bay Area, new product development, and numerous positions directing and managing nationwide sales teams. Most recently in the world of document imaging he was involved in multiple projects for clients such as Toyota, Washington Mutual and Safeco Insurance.
Jim holds an M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University, and is a member of several imaging industry groups, including AIIM and ARMA. Jim has been a speaker at the MER Conference in Chicago, FileNET UserNet, the National AIIM Convention, and numerous local AIIM and ARMA meetings where he has spoken on the subject of document conversion and capture and the use of Return on Investment (ROI) in capital projects.
